We do not accept returns, however, if your item is recieved in any condition other than described (damaged in shipping, etc) we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

This Condo birdhouse has 5 nesting rooms.  It will attract Eastern Bluebirds, Chickadees, Titmouse and other songbirds.  It is made from eastern white pine and painted with a premium exterior latex paint and sealed with a dark walnut stain. The dimensions are 17 3/4" height, 11 1/4"  depth, & 11 1/4" in width.
